Verification of Competency (VOC)

SUMMARY
VOC assessments are used to confirm that individuals have the skills to operate equipment competently, safely and are aware of current workplace procedures for the class of licence for which they hold.

VOCs can be conducted either on or off site with minimum disruption and down time or impact on productivity.

If the VOC assessment found that an individual was not competent, they would then be advised of any shortfalls and the necessary GAP training to be organised in order to be deemed competent again. This may incur additional fees.

Our assessors are qualified and experienced to carry out VOCs for employees and contractors both on and off site.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible to undertake a VOC, individuals will be required to provide a copy of their current High Risk Worksafe License/Certificate/Statement of Attainment and hold the class/es for the equipment that they are being assessed in.
