Hazardous Chemicals: GHS Classification and Communication
Explore the fundamental safety measures that help reduce the risk of hazardous chemicals in the workplace. Workers in contact with hazardous chemicals must understand the risks associated with the substances that they are working with, whether workers use hazardous chemicals daily or as infrequently as once a year, it is essential that they understand hazard classification and communication, hazardous chemical pictograms and labels, as well as safety data sheets, and more. The Globally Harmonised System of Classification & Labelling of Chemicals (GHS) helps workers make their organisations safer for everyone.

Completion of the theory assessment will take place online.

This course will consist of short videos and reading material followed by multiple choice questions. This course is completed at your own pace and should take approximately 35 minutes.
On successful completion of this course students will be issued with a Certificate of Completion for Hazardous Chemicals: GHS Classification and Communication.
