HIGH RISK WORK LICENCE
A High Risk Work Licence is a photographic licence, issued to people who have been trained and assessed as competent to work in a class of work defined as high-risk work.

A) HIGH RISK WORK LICENCE – If you do not have a High Risk Work Licence yet
If you wish for Saferight to assist and make arrangements for you from start to end, please make an online payment by clicking the week your training falls in. Your enrolment will then be attached to this additional request from you for us to prepare the necessary documents for your High Risk Work Licence.
After you’ve completed your training with us at and have been assessed by a WorkSafe Registered Assessor here at Saferight, we will go through the steps with you to complete all the necessary paperwork for your WorkSafe High Risk Licence.
B) HIGH RISK WORK LICENCE – Adding a new class to your current High Risk Work Licence

After you’ve completed your training with us at and have been assessed by a WorkSafe Registered Assessor here at Saferight, we will go through the steps with you to complete all the necessary paperwork for your WorkSafe High Risk Licence.
SUMMARY
This dogging and rigging course at Saferight is a combination course for students who are are looking to acquire the necessary licence to work in the mines or construction industry as a dogman and rigger. This unit specifies the outcomes required to perform all duties as a dogman such as slinging techniques, including the selection and inspection of lifting gear and/or the directing of the crane operator in the movement of the load when the load is out of view of the crane/operator for licensing purposes.
Once students have completed their Dogman module, they will progress to a Rigging basic level course. This CPCCLRG3001 – Licence To Perform Rigging Basic Level training course in Perth is an ideal course for those required to perform basic rigging work associated with the movement of plant and equipment, steel erections, hoists (including mast climbing hoists), placement of pre-cast concrete, safety nets and static lines, perimeter safety screens and shutters; and cantilever crane loading platforms for licensing purposes.
Note:
- (1) This program requires students to complete all Dogman modules before commencing any Basic Rigging modules.
- (2) With this combination course, students are required to apply for two (2) separate High Risk Work licence class. 1 for Dogging and another for Basic Rigging.

ENTRY REQUIREMENT
- Must be 18 years old and above
- Ability to read, write and understand English
- Present photo I.D. on arrival
- Complete a ‘Fitness to Complete Training’ form. The student is required to declare any medical issue that may exclude them from full participation
- Wear steel cap shoes/boots and remove all jewellery prior to commencement
DURATION
10 days (7.30AM-3.30PM)
- Day 1-5: Dogging training and assessment
- Day 6-10: Basic rigging training and assessment
