This Confined Space course is aimed at people who work in confined spaces and this eLearning module structure breaks down the learning components for students to be able to complete at the students’ own pace. Once the Theory Component is completed, then you can book in a Practical Training session with us.

This UETTDRRF06 – Perform Rescue from a Live LV Panel training course is for electricians as well as non-electrical personnel and covers rescue procedures from a live low voltage (LV) apparatus. The course covers the mandatory requirements of rescue from a live LV panel and how they apply in the context of transmission, distribution or rail work functions

UETDRRF004 – Perform Rescue from a Live LV Panel and HLTAID009 – Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation combination course is for electricians as well as non-electrical personnel. It covers rescue procedures from a live low voltage (LV) apparatus and CPR skills.

This course is a continuation from the Introduction to Rope Rescue course. It is for those required to undertake vertical rescue in a range of emergency situations.

This course is aimed at those who are responsible for confining small workplace emergencies such as a small fire using a fire extinguisher or chemical spill using a small spill kit.

  2. Practical Component – Once the theory component is completed, students must then attend the practical component at our training facility.

Designed for students, new professionals, and those that require a refresher, the theoretical component for our e-Learning courses for the construction, mining, and working at heights industry involves online training for topics such as identifying hazards, assessing the risks and implementing controls, as well as understanding Legislations, Regulations and the Standards applicable to work in their industry. The practical component follows training for activities such as demonstrating safe manual handling techniques, interpreting and applying site plans, transport rules and signages, and applying appropriate emergency and rescue procedures. 

All e Learning courses will follow an assessment and a practical application of all lessons learned and experiences acquired to ensure the quality of knowledge and skills acquired throughout the course. Upon successfully completing your chosen course, you will be issued with a Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment as well as the corresponding tickets and licenses required in your specific field.

 

Note that all participants must complete the Theoretical Component of their eLearning course before booking a session for the Practical Component.
