FIRE SAFETY

This course is aimed at those operators who are required to respond to fires in the workplace (other than evacuating to the assembly point).

This course is aimed at those required to refresh their skills and knowledge in responding to fires in onshore and offshore situations.

This course is for those who may be required to use portable fire extinguishers, fire hose reels and fire blankets.

This course is aimed at those in the role of a Fire Warden and are responsible for participating in the preparation of workplace emergency procedures; alerting and reporting potential workplace emergencies; evaluating the need to evacuate a work area; preparing for an evacuation; and assisting people who may require support in accordance with workplace emergency procedures.

This course is designed for those operating in the role of a Chief Fire Warden and are responsible for leading the preparation of workplace emergency procedures; commanding, controlling and coordinating workplace emergency procedures and responses and concluding incidents.

This course is aimed at those who are responsible for confining small workplace emergencies such as a small fire using a fire extinguisher or chemical spill using a small spill kit.
