Language, Literacy, and Numeracy (LLN) Assessment: An Essential Component of the Enrolment Process

At our training organisation, we recognise the importance of language, literacy, and numeracy skills in successfully completing the CHC30121 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. To ensure that all students possess the required competencies, we have integrated an LLN assessment as part of our enrolment process.

Upon submission of your enrolment application, you will be prompted to complete our online LLN assessment. This assessment is designed to evaluate your reading, writing, numeracy, oral communication, and learning skills, which are critical for your success in the course and your future career in early childhood education.

The LLN assessment consists of a series of questions and activities that gauge your ability to comprehend and respond to various forms of information. The assessment is not a pass or fail test, but rather a tool that helps us identify your current skill levels and determine any potential support needs.

Based on the results of the LLN assessment, our dedicated team will work with you to develop a tailored support plan, addressing any identified gaps in language, literacy, or numeracy skills. This may include additional learning resources, one-on-one support sessions, or referrals to external support services, ensuring that you have the necessary foundation to achieve your educational goals.

By conducting an LLN assessment as part of our enrolment process, we strive to create an inclusive learning environment that caters to the diverse needs of our students, setting them up for success in their studies and beyond.
