  • Leading safety meetings including pre-starts and toolboxes
  • Regular individual and team interactions
  • Carry out incident investigations
  • Conduct site inductions and safety awareness training
  • Ensure compliance to health and safety legislative requirements
  • Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures
  • Provide training and on-site assessments in-line with company and project requirements
  • Compile and maintain HSE files and use online reporting systems
  • Advise and assist management and supervisors on the maintenance of a safe working environment
  • Review, document and monitor Safety Management Plans and Safe Work Procedures
  • Conduct Verification of Competencies
  • Conduct workplace inspections and audits
  • Provide HSE advice to management, supervisors and frontline personnel
  • Suitably qualified Safety Advisers and Trainer Assessors
