Francesca has over 13 years’ experience in project planning, management and funding in a range of market sectors in both Australia and the UK including mining; aviation; oil and gas; health and safety; tourism; Aboriginal culture; planning and development; and the not-for-profit sector.
Francesca’s previous appointments have included:
- Manager and State Lead within a global engineering and scientific conglomerate.
- Manager of a State government owned not-for-profit organisation.
- Manager of a Chamber of Commerce.
- Chair of Local Government Advisory Committee.
Walter McGuire – Noongar Elder and Owner of Go Cultural Aboriginal Tours and Experiences
Walter is a well-respected Noongar Elder and a familiar face in the Perth community.
His 30-year career across Indigenous health, housing and education has been gathered in a variety of government, non-government and community programs and organisations. His unique resume of cultural involvements and employment in the Aboriginal sector combined with qualifications in Training (Cert IV TAA) and Indigenous Community Management and Development, render him an excellent choice for delivery of cultural awareness training in diverse contexts. As a descendent of several Aboriginal tribal clans of the South West of WA, Walter is a traditional owner of Noongar Boodja, including the Wadjuk lands on which Perth now stands.
Kathryn O’Callaghan – Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist

Kathryn O’Callaghan has decades of experience in Musculoskeletal medicine having Post Graduate qualifications in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, with Distinction. Kathryn has taught both in the Undergraduate and Post Graduate programs in Musculoskeletal studies. She has worked closely with eminent Physiotherapy Specialist in this field and has spent the last 16 years practising in the Kalamunda region. Kathryn enjoys the challenges of neurogenic/radicular pain presentations and chronic pain patients who often present with multiple co – morbidities. Part of her Musculoskeletal experience has also involved assessment and management of workers’ compensation issues including repetitive strain presentations. Kathryn is also very interested in cervicogenic headaches, trochanteric bursitis and joint replacement rehabilitation.
