Expert Inspections and Certification for Height Safety Systems

Elevate Workplace Safety with Saferight's Comprehensive Compliance Services

Any workplace that requires personnel to work at heights, it is essential that your systems remain compliant. Regular inspections, testing and tagging will ensure your premises and workers are safe. Roof safety certification/re-certification involves a thorough inspection of your systems by a qualified Height Safety Technician. Saferight’s experienced Height Safety Technicians can inspect these systems on a 6-monthly bias as required by OSH Regulations 3.53 1996 Part 3 – Workplace safety requirements and the WA Code of Practice for the Prevention of Falls at the Workplace requirements. Inspections and testing is conducted in accordance with AS/NZS 1891 Series and manufacturer’s instructions. All items are clearly tagged and logged on a site inspection register and you will be issued with an electronic certificate.

The system we inspect and certify to ensure you are legally covered include:

  • Anchor points
  • Static line systems
  • Harnesses, lanyards, ropes, and all associated personal protective equipment
  • Ladder/Handrail/Walkway systems

Certification or re-certification involves:

  • Load test anchor point
  • Visually inspect fixing
  • Check for water proofing and sealing
  • Load test swaged ends
  • Visual inspect all connections, terminals and cables

Saferight’s re-certification ensures your height safety equipment is safe to use in accordance with AS/NZS 1891.4:2009 and OSH Regulation 1996.
