Tower Self-Rescue Kit

Saferight’s Tower Self-Rescue Kit contains the essential equipment designed to allow personnel to self-rescue in the event of a fall and personnel is suspended on tower, masts and similar structures. The kit is integrated with Saferight’s Restraint Technique/Self-Recovery Lanyard (conforms to AS/NZ 1891.1/3) which allows the user to activate the self-retrieval mechanism to lower gently to the ground in a controlled descent. This tower rescue kit is perfect for minimizing risks to employees and emergency response personnel, is cost-effective and versatile to be used across different situations when working at heights.

TRAINING & INSPECTION

  • Items should be visually inspected before and after each use and undergo inspection by a competent person every six months in accordance with AS/NZS 1891.4
  • Saferight offers a full inspection service for all Height Safety, Confined Space and Rescue equipment
