IKAR Inertia Reel (Type 2) 3M-6M

Inertia reels such as the IKAR Inertia Reel (Type 2) are ideal as a fall restraint system. They can be used in any application where the anchor point is above the head, and the user has to move within a 360° cone of the anchor point. Examples include loading bays, aircraft hangers, warehouses, and construction environments that require the complete use of personal safety equipment.

Top and bottom connectors can be customised according to your requirements. Default product comes with top connector and double action hook as the bottom connector. Enquire for customisation.

-All inertia reels are to be inspected every 6 months (minimum) as required by AS/NZS 1891.4. Saferight offers testing, tagging and inspection services.

TRAINING & INSPECTION

  • Items should always be visually inspected before and after each use, and undergo inspection by a competent person every 12 months in accordance with AS/NZS 1891.4
  • Saferight offers a full inspection service for all Height Safety, Confined Spaces, and Rescue equipment.
