

Overview
This 4 hour course is a Nationally Accredited course in Work Safely Within The
Construction Industry (White Card) which is compulsory for anyone working or
installing on a construction site. The course can be conducted at our custom built
training facility in Belmont, Perth or at a location of your choice. This course became
mandatory in January 2007 for workers who have to access and work on Building and
Construction sites in Western Australia.
The focus of this training is on what workers in the building and construction industry need to know to ensure their safety and the safety of others on a building site. The
content will provide participants with knowledge in legislation and compliance in regard
to the work, worker and workplace considerations for achieving safety.
Theory and practical components combine to cover areas such as roles and
responsibilities, risk management, hazard identification and control, personal protective
equipment (PPE), accident prevention and equipment/tools considerations.
