Overview
This course is designed so that it incorporates the Work Safely at Heights course, and provides participants with the skills and knowledge of the equipment and techniques to perform tower rescue within the working environment.

The practical aspects of the course cover basic access techniques and basic rescue of a single person and operator.

PRE-REQUISITES:
1. A Work Safely at Heights Certificate (MNMG237A - Work Safely at Heights);
2. A current Senior First Aid Certificate or equivalent (PUAEME001B - Provide Emergency Care or HLTFA1A - Apply Basic First Aid). Participants who do not possess this qualification will receive a Statement of Participation which can be upgraded at a later date if a First Aid Certificate is obtained.

Saferight is a Registered Training Organisation (provider number 5722) and offers a range of courses in industrial safety.

Trainee/Instructor Ratio: Min 4:1 - Max 6:1
Clothing:Wear normal work clothing and footwear suitable for climbing.
Please bring own gloves and hard hat.
Please remove all jewellery.
