Overview
This course is a continuation course from the Rope Rescue Level 1. It provides participants with the skills and knowledge of the equipment and techniques to undertake vertical rescue and to take on the role of team leader in a rescue operation.

The practical aspects of the course cover the preparation and response to vertical rescue, assessing the scene, establishing a vertical rescue system and performing vertical rescue operations under various conditions.


PRE-REQUISITES
1. A Saferight Rope Rescue - Level 1 Certificate.

Trainee/Instructor Ratio: Min 4:1 - Max 8:1
Clothing:Wear normal work clothing and footwear suitable for climbing.
Please bring own gloves and hard hat.
Please remove all jewellery.
