Overview
Saferight's 4WD Driving Techniques course is designed to provide participants with an understanding of defensive driving techniques, safe driving on a variety of terrains, and the knowledge of 4WD recovery equipment.

The comprehensive practical aspect of the course covers the safe operation of 4x4 vehicles, 4x4 recovery techniques, articulated 4x4 suspension movement, ramp over angles (approach and departure), angled berm, stall/start course, 6ft deep water hazard, straight line brake and evade gravel scenario, pipe crossing, sand recovery. and effective trip maintenance.

PRE-REQUISITE: A current Australian drivers license (C Class). Licenses must be presented to the Training Instructor prior to commencement of the course. (Please advise when booking courses if any participants will be on an extraordinary license as particular conditions apply).
