Overview

This course is designed to provide participants with knowledge and skills in defensive driving techniques using a four wheel drive vehicle. It includes planning and preparing for operating a light vehicle, maintenance, legislative and regulatory requirements.

 

PRE-REQUISITE:  A current Australian Manual Drivers License (C Class). Licenses must be presented to the Assessor prior to commencement of the course. (Please advise when booking courses if any participants hold an extraordinary license as particular conditions may apply).

Note: If training is carried out on site, the client is responsible for travel and accommodation costs.

TRAINEE/INSTRUCTOR RATIO: Minimum 2:1 — Maximum 4:1

CLOTHING: Wear normal work clothing and enclosed footwear/safety boots. Please remove all jewellery prior to course.
