DEFINITIONS:
- Inspect confined space entries in accordance with issue permit.
- Identify and apply legislative and BHPBIO requirements.
- List the requirements of each type of permit.
- Identify, document and control all hazards.
- Raise and issue confined space entry permits.
- Monitor work for compliance with issued permit.
- Withdraw permit in accordance with procedures if required or at end of task.

TRAINEE/INSTRUCTOR RATIO: Minimum 5:1 — Maximum 10:1
ON-SITE DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS: Each site must ensure the following: Suitable classroom Site procedures and documentation for confined space working Actual or simulated confined spaces for pratical sessions with a minimum of three different types of entry.
CLOTHING: Wear normal work clothing and safety boots. Please remove all jewellery prior to course.
