SAFERIGHT was established in 1990 in Perth, Western Australia by Mack McCormack (founder and Director) and has since grown to be one of Australia’s leading safety training providers and manufacturers of height safety, confined space and rescue equipment.
SAFERIGHT is a licensed Manufacturer to AS/NZS 1891.1 (License No 1270) and a Quality Endorsed Company to ISO 9001 : 2008 (QEC20205).
The SAFERIGHT team is committed to producing the most practical, user friendly equipment and systems, developed in conjunction with the end users. This, coupled with our state of the art testing facilities, ensures that we are able to produce equipment to meet the individual users needs.

SAFERIGHT’s Assessors are qualified and highly experienced and are available to meet with clients to assess specific training requirements and can contextualise courses to suit client’s individual requirements. All Assessors are active, physically fit and self-motivated to committing themselves to their job at hand.
SAFERIGHT is proud to be the designer and installer of the world’s two most frequently used fall protection systems, including the Sydney Harbour Bridge where a record 2km of Latchways cable system was installed. This extensive system supports 100,000 tourists a year climbing in complete safety. A similar project making the most of SAFERIGHT’s expertise is the Vertigo Climb on New Zealand’s famous Skytower, where tourists climb to the Crow’s Nest, 300m above the Auckland skyline.
